Meanwhile, in the world we know as ours... Crazy man still in White House. If you live in a red or purple state, please contact your senators and demand they reject Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill.” Apart from all the obviously evil stuff like attacking Medicaid and taking  SNAP money for food away from hungry children, actually the most important thing is a provision carefully hidden in there that would prevent enforcement of court orders against Trump and his cronies, which would effectively give them carte blanche to break the law at will without even the possibility of consequence. Please contact your senators and demand they stop this bill. As bad as things have been, passing this bill will make them drastically worse.
