So anyway, I thought I'd do a little research and have her give a little Malian exclamation of surprise. Well, the best I could come up with on short notice was a guy on Yahoo Answers who told me that the Bambara word for "Wow!" is, in fact, "Wow!" So I'm taking his word on that.
