Hey, Wouldja Lookathat!

Heywood first mentioned passing such an ordinance in 2014. Well, he has succeeded!

Can't think when I've had occasion to show Bob with "bed head" hair for an extended sequence like this. Previously, he's just  woken up with it magically neat. Or at least gotten to comb it within a couple of panels.

"Sunday night" update continues to drift into "Monday morning" update (and if I'm being honest, I posted this right before midnight, took a nap, then went back and cleaned up the linework a bit and re-uploaded it). Ah well. This coming week, I'll have to try and have the whole thing ready a bit early because I'm traveling over the weekend. We shall see.
